Founded in 2011, Playdek is an independent video game development company specializing in converting board and card games to the iOS platform, including the following:

Most of Playdek's teams worked together at Incinerator Studios, formerly a subsidiary of THQ. It was spun off in 2009 to become an independent studio and later launched Playdek.
As of August 1, 2017, Playdek is no longer the developer of Unsung Story: Tale of the Guardians. The game is now being developed by Little Orbit.
